Final word from the owners:

We select only the best meats, smoke them to perfection, and slice or chop in front of you.  Our turkey is oh so juicy and our ham is excellent!  We'll even custom cook your entree to your specifications!!

We serve Roudolphs sausage and Smokey Denmark hot links. We can cater any function offering buffet or full service catering. All our meats and vegetables are homemade and fresh daily.
